Privacy policy

Lotus Technologies LLC sells Stick. This covers the store, the website and the app.

The app sends us nothing. No account, no check to see whether you paid, no record of how you use it. Your modes, your blocked lists and your session history stay on your machine. It downloads two lists from GitHub, the sites for a category when you switch one on and a weekly refresh of the list of sites people use to get around blockers, and neither carries anything about you. Any network monitor will show you exactly that.

Buying one is different, because we have to post you a key. Checkout is handled entirely by Shopify on Shopify's own page. They collect your name, email address, shipping address and payment details, and their privacy policy governs what happens there.

What we can see afterwards is your name, email address, shipping address, what you ordered and whether it paid. We never see your full card number. Shopify shows us the last four digits and the card type, nothing more. We use this to post you a key and to answer you if you write in.

Your address is shared with the postal or courier service that carries the parcel, because that is how parcels work. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
