Shipping policy

This is a pre-order. You are charged today, and the product does not exist on your desk yet. Most orders ship in Q4 2026, with a limited first batch in September 2026. Ordering early may put you in that batch; it is not a guarantee that it will.

If either date moves we will email you and post it at https://www.getstick.website/updates. You can take a full refund at that point, or wait.

Shipping is charged at checkout and depends on where the parcel is going:

United States: $8.00 standard, or $15.00 express
Canada: $14.99
United Kingdom and Europe: $19.99
Australia, New Zealand and Japan: $24.99
Everywhere else: $39.99

Import duties, customs charges and local taxes, where your country levies them on arrival, are yours to pay. We cannot calculate these for every country and we do not collect them on your behalf.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, that is ours to sort out. Tell us and we will.
