Refund policy

Cancel any time before your order ships and we refund everything, shipping included. No questions and no restocking fee.

After it arrives you have 30 days from delivery. Send the key back and we refund what you paid for it. It can be used, opened, plugged in and covered in fingerprints. This is a thing you have to actually live with for a week or two to know, and a policy that only covered unopened boxes would be worthless.

Return postage is yours, and the original shipping charge is not refunded once the parcel has been delivered. If the key arrives damaged or faulty, that is on us: we cover postage both ways and you do not need to be inside 30 days.

If our ship date moves, we will email you and say so. You can take a refund at that point or wait. Your choice, and asking costs you nothing.
